Our team have a combined 50 years plus experience of working in the Entertainment industry. Not only have we worked within the touring tribute industry, we have also worked within the wedding industry where getting things spot on is paramount. We also still work as touring performers now within the Holiday Park, Hotel and club industry, and we have experience of both Managing Holiday Park Entertainment as Ents Managers, and also being part of the Coat Style teams ourselves! You could say we really have operated on all sides of the industry. We understand fully just what Entertainment managers expect of  team members coming to work on their parks. To entertain thousands of visiting holiday makers, families and noisy kids seven nights a week,  takes a dedicated person who has to love the holiday industry. But we also know just how rewarding the role can be for team members. Not only to work with and meet new people, but to entertain on a stage, and have fun in those kids clubs. Don't forget those crazy party dances which always leave  a lasting holiday memory for so many. Your talent and  passion is the reason they will return.

As well as having our own pool of talent already registered and ready to attend any auditions you may be holding, we can also help you run any Entertainer recruitment campaign. This may be for many seasonal team members, or any specific team member you need at any point during a season. This may be a singer, dancer, host or maybe all three? We will run any job advert you have on any of our social media, and even create a new Entertainment job advert for you, should you not have the time. We will then ensure your campaign reaches many of the other Entertainment channels we are part of, these being on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN etc. We will ensure you reach the exact kind of talent that you need. Due to the experience we have from actually managing holiday park entertainment, we can narrow down any applicants for you to ensure you are left with the best choices, once more saving you time and leaving you to continue making any plans. There are many ways in which we are happy to support you with Entertainer recruitment, to ensure you fill your position/s with the best people. We are happy to discuss all options with you, prior to any recruitment drive, and we are ready to deal with those replacement or extra team members when needed. We know from experience, things in the holiday park industry can be very unpredicatble!

Once you choose to work with YouBook Entertainment, we have the capacity to run a complete audition day which will include mini workshops including dance choreography, hosting and of course the 121 interviews to get to know the auditionee better. We as a company will send out all invites and iteniary to the auditonees and it is then your choice if you choose to run your own workshops suited to your park or we can bring material which our team can lead on the day. This would include choreography, party dances, mic technique etc to fully enhance the experience. We find that the audition days help to see how the group communicate and interact  with each other throughout the day and also to see how they cope in a working environment.

Once the audition day is complete, there would then be time for us to sit down and discuss the days events and help you decide on the best auditionee/s for the job role. Ultimately the decision is completely yours we will only give our advice on the days proceedings.

Once a team has been chosen for your park/s, we can offer the service of hosting a full seminar weekend where we can offer new ideas or alternatively work alongside any current entertainment programme that you have, to ensure that your team are ready for the start of season.  This will include basic hosting, character work, dancing and anything else you would like us to cover. We find that these weekends work extrememly well pre season to make sure all team members are comfortable in their job role for the season ahead. We can introduce to your holiday park brand new party dances that are not being used anywhere else. Dances with a more modern feel but ones that all ages can join in with. Youbook Entertainment is also able to introduce new dance choreography for any park shows that you have or wish to put together. Your team will soon be wowing your guests with performance perfection!

YouBook Entertainment are always on hand throughout the season to offer support and advice to the park and team members we are providing. This can include new mid season ideas for teams, park visits, new choreography, meetings and quarterly 121's should you require them. We are a very hands on company and feel it is important to stay in touch throughout the season not only with the team members but also the park we are working with to ensure everyone has a great season.
