About this artist
With tunes coming in from Amy Winehouse and Alanis Morisette to the Arctic Monkeys and McFly The Bonsais was born out of 4 experienced musicians pooling their minds and influences into one melting pot of dance floor fillers. With a heavy leaning towards Pop and Rock, with a scattering of Soul, Funk and Punk for good measure the band promises to get the party started and keep it going all night!
Moving away from the tried and tested route of rigid setlist and the usual function approach (waistcoats and bow ties anyone?) The Bonsais concentrate on rehearsing regularly to keep the set fresh and up to date. The logic being, if the right songs are there and the band loves playing them then the night should be amazing!
We’ve played numerous weddings, events and festivals of different sizes and profiles and have the experience and know-how to make your party the best it can possibly be!
They mix the set up with pop, rock and soul classics as well as modern twists on some modern bangers! They don’t expect you to just get up and dance, our aim is to make it impossible for you to sit down!
